Lateness and Cancellation Policy:
Consistency is key in seeing progress in treatment, but I understand that life happens and people get sick, have to go out of town, etc. Teletherapy is great because it offers lots of flexibility in regards to scheduling. Clients must provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. If this notice is not given, the client is responsible for the full fee of the missed session. Clinicians will make every effort to reschedule, but there is not guarantee.
Fees/Payment:
The rate structure is something we discuss during the initial phone consultation. It may range from $125-$1000 based on clients' needs and financial circumstances. We offer a sliding scale for a limited amount of clients on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, those seeking intensive care (2 or more sessions per week) and/or KAP may be eligible for a discounted rate.
Like many other clinicians, we have decided against joining many insurance panels. The main reason for this choice is to protect the privacy and quality of care for our clients. We are considered an out-of-network providers and will provide you with the necessary documentation to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
